Service Description
You Carry the Heart. We Carry the Extras. ❤️ Homeschool gives families incredible freedom, but fitting in all the hands-on projects, science experiments, creative activities, movement, practical skills, and consistent friendships can be a lot. That’s where Foundations comes in. Our 4-Day Track gives homeschool participants ages 8+ four consistent mornings each week to learn, create, move, explore, and build real friendships with kids they get to know well. What They’ll Experience: - Academic Support: Time to strengthen skills, work through challenging concepts, and build confidence as a learner. - Hands-On Learning: Science, STEM, projects, experiments, and activities that turn concepts into something participants can actually see and do. - Creative Exploration: Art, design, and creative experiences without you having to buy all the supplies or clean up the mess at home. - Practical Life Skills: Communication, problem-solving, financial literacy, culinary basics, etiquette, independence, and other skills that matter outside a workbook. - Movement & Community: Games, physical activity, teamwork, conversation, and plenty of opportunities to form genuine friendships. Foundations is designed to support your homeschool, not take it over. You remain in control of your child’s primary education while we intentionally take on more of the social, messy, creative, hands-on, and extra pieces that can be difficult to fit into the homeschool week. Monday–Thursday | 10:00 AM–12:45 PM Small groups. Consistent Guides. Real relationships. A place where homeschool kids can learn and belong.

Cancellation Policy
By registering, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: - Full Term Commitment: Registration secures a dedicated learner placement for the full 5-month track. We do not offer drop-in days or prorated options. Families commit to the entire semester fee upon registration, which remains non-refundable regardless of subsequent student withdrawal or absence. - Installments & Due Dates: For convenience, this semester fee may be paid via monthly installments due by the last day of the prior month (e.g., September's installment is due August 31st). Fees are flat-rate and are not prorated for absences, travel, or illness. - SUFS Scholarship Funding: If utilizing SUFS Direct Pay, you must submit the EMA funding request at least 3 business days before the monthly due date. Families maintain ultimate financial responsibility; if scholarship funds are not officially reserved on time, a backup payment method is required to hold the seat. Per Florida law, scholarship funds cannot be refunded directly to parents. - Homeschool Freedom & Open Access Partnership: We honor the independence of homeschool families. Because Foundations operates outside the traditional institutional school system, our campus is structured as an Open Access learning environment rather than a custodial child care facility. Parents remain the primary legal educators of record. - Freedom of Movement & Accountability: In alignment with local guidelines, participants enjoy full freedom of movement and are legally free to enter or exit spaces at will without requiring staff permission or extensive administrative check-outs. Our guides focus entirely on inspiring students during instructional blocks, not providing custodial containment or physical restraint. - Behavior Policy: Students must remain with their groups during sessions. While a student will not be physically restrained into participation, walking out of an instructional window without communicating with their guide is a behavioral policy violation resulting in immediate administrative removal from the program.
